Our traditional Italian pizzas are made to order and cooked in our wood-fired oven that uses off-cuts from the local sawmill.
The dough for the pizza bases is freshly made on the premises each day using just flour, water, olive oil, yeast and a little salt. The pizzas are topped with sauce that is simply tomatoes, basil and a little garlic, and mozzarella.
The pizzas are then baked to perfection on the brick hearth of our traditional wood-fired oven.
