How to find us

There is a lot to do in Cromarty, you can visit the award-winning Cromarty Courthouse Museum, see Hugh Miller's Cottage and the new Miller House Museum (both National Trust of Scotland), stroll along the beach, have a bracing walk around the South Sutor, and onto Macfarquhar's Bed, and wander into the interesting shops, which include several antique shops, the Cromarty Pottery and The Emporium Bookshop, which has a wide range of new and used books, plus jewellery, toys, unusual cards, and interesting gifts.
Cromarty is a great destination for outdoor activities. Our neighbour, ecoventures, offer dolphin spotting trips from the revamped Cromarty harbour on their brand new rib (rigid inflatable boat). So why don't you come along, see the bottlenose dolphins close-up and have a coffee and pizza to top off your adventure? Our new mountain bike trails at nearby Learnie are now fully open and probably just about the best in the country. Mountain Biking Highlands and Islands operates from an outlet just up the street, offering 1,2 and 3 day treks as well as Cannondale mountain biking hire. We have a new pontoon for the yachties - contact the boat club for further details.
