We really enjoyed taking part in Highland Feast 2007 , a celebration of the finest Highland food and drink.

Highland Feast 2007
From Friday 28th to Sunday 30th September we used the wood-oven to slow roast local meats overnight: succulent shoulder of pork; rib-roast of beef and legs of lamb.
In total we served over 100 slow-roasts! Thanks to all who helped make it such a success.
