- Christmas Dinner Terrine - turkey mousse, wrapped in streaky bacon with all the trimmings!
- Sutor Creek Seafood Chowder - creamy crab and smoked haddock soup finished with cream and parsley
- A salad of Pomegranate, Stilton and Rocket with a pink grapefruit dressing

- Pan-fried Breast of Duck with warm cumberland sauce served with brussel sprouts, pancetta and chestnuts - £9
- Lemon Sole stuffed with Smoked Salmon and dill mousse served with green vegetables and a lemon cream sauce - £9

- Christmas Cracker Pizza - Turkey, Chipolata, Streaky Bacon and Sage and Onion Stuffing served with Cranberry Sauce - £8
