Starters (all £5.00)
- Sutor Creek Seafood Chowder – creamy crab and haddock soup finished with fresh parsley
- Christmas Dinner Terrine – turkey mousse, wrapped in streaky bacon with all the trimmings served with cranberry and orange sauce
- Smoked salmon on pesto pancakes with citrus crème fraiche and rocket
- Smoked free-range duck breast and duck leg rillette served with spiced apple and plum sauce
- Salad of wood-roasted beetroot , orange and crowdie with a basil crème fraiche dressing
Mains
- Collops of local venison served with sauteed beetroot, butternut squash and chive and parsley mash with a port and juniper berry jus - £14
- Moroccan hake and grey mullet tagine served with a warm bulgar wheat salad - £12
- Peppered salmon fillet with a whisky cream sauce, baby baked potatoes and steamed greens - £11
- Baked romano pepper stuffed with capers, pine-nuts and parmesan served with a cauliflower and cherry tomato crumble - £9
- Christmas dinner pizza – turkey, chipolata sausage, bacon, sage and onion stuffing and cranberry sauce - £8

- Raspberry, oat and honey cake with Glen Ord whisky parfait
- White chocolate and orange cheesecake with fresh mandarin
- Lemon posset with homemade shortbread
- Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice-cream
